Summary
The service desk may occasionally encounter issues connecting to Active Directory in the Citrix environment.
You may see an error like the one displayed below or be unable to open the application.

Troubleshooting
1) Right-click the blue Citrix icon within your system tray to rectify this issue.
2) Click on Advanced Preferences.
3) Select Reset Citrix Workspace and press Yes, Reset Citrix Workspace on the following prompt.
4) The Citrix VDI environment may flicker for a few moments, but this should restore the Active Directory shortcut on the homepage.
If the shortcut is unresponsive, please wait a few moments and try again.
You can also open the Active Directory application directly within Citrix Workspace.
